3. ADVANCE AUTHORIZATION FOR WS 640 AND WS 103

WS 640, Advanced Seminar, requires pre-authorization for all students.

Seniors should use the attached form to be authorized for registration (PRE-AUTHORIZATION FORM: WS 640 and/or WS 103). There are also hard copies of the form in the mailboxes in the DGWS office. Follow the directions on the form and return it to Eileen Mislove in the Department office. This is the only way to register for WS640.

After Eileen has authorized you, you will still need to enroll in the course. Please return the form at least ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR ENROLLMENT DATE.

If you have not yet taken WS 103, we can also guarantee you a slot in that course as a graduating major. If you need to be authorized for a particular section of 103, please use the same attached form and return it to Eileen Mislove at least one week before your registration date. Again, once you have been authorized, you will still need to enroll in the course.
